Weekly Circles of Conscious Breathing, Relaxation and Presence
A space to slow down and return to yourself through breath.
For more than 14 years, conscious breathing has been one of the most meaningful practices in my life. What began as a personal journey gradually became a deep passion for sharing this work with others.
Certified through One Sky International and trained by renowned breathwork teacher Dan Brulé, I offer a gentle, relaxation-based approach to breathwork that emphasizes awareness, self-connection, and the natural intelligence of the body.
In a world that often invites us to do more, move faster, and stay busy, these weekly circles offer something different:
An opportunity to pause.
To soften.
To listen.
To create space for yourself.
Most of us already know what truly matters. Yet it can be surprisingly difficult to slow down long enough to feel it.
Through guided breathing, music, and mindful presence, we explore the breath as a doorway to greater relaxation, awareness, and connection. Rather than forcing or controlling the breath, we learn to work with it gently, allowing it to guide us toward what feels more true, alive, and at ease within.
Sometimes transformation doesn’t begin by adding something new. Sometimes it begins by creating the space to reconnect with what has always been there.
Each session includes time for integration and sharing.
