About Me
Hi, I’m Cristina
For as long as I can remember, I’ve had one foot in two very different worlds. On one side: the structured, logical realm of business, corporate offices, consulting, and recruitment — where I spent years learning to understand systems, people, and what drives them. On the other: a world of inner silence, meditation, Reiki, shamanism, and mystical experiences that took me to caves in Nepal and Tibet, through altered states of consciousness, and into questions far beyond what is visible or measurable.
These two worlds might seem opposite, but both shaped me. Walking between them taught me the importance of balance — between thinking and feeling, doing and being, logic and intuition, mind and heart.I’ve started over many times. I’ve moved countries, changed careers, let go of what didn’t feel aligned, and listened — again and again — to something deeper calling me. I’ve lived in Eastern Europe, Western Europe, Latin America, and the U.S., learning from cultures that couldn’t be more different. And through it all, I’ve always asked: What are we, really, beneath all the roles and appearances? What is this life?
A few years ago, I went through a severe emotional and psychological crisis that became a turning point. Instead of medication, I found healing by going inward — day by day, moment by moment — rewiring my mind, listening to my intuition, and discovering tools that brought me back to balance. Among all those tools, Breathwork stayed. It’s natural, always available, and profoundly connecting — linking body, mind, and soul without force, only presence.
Breathwork has helped me remember who I am. It opens my heart, clears my mind, and reconnects me with the wisdom already living in my body. That’s why I share it — because I’ve lived the transformation it offers.
These days, I live simply. I spend part of the year in the mountains of Colorado, and part in a small village in Mexico — places where I can walk barefoot, swim in rivers, feel the sun, and listen more than I speak. The less my mind controls, the more life flows — with synchronicity, with meaning, with abundance.
At the heart of everything I do is a longing for real connection — with nature, with others, and with that quiet, powerful space within us that knows.
If anything I’ve shared resonates with you, I invite you to breathe with me. Come as you are. Be curious. Together, we’ll explore how your breath can help you find relaxation, clarity, focus, connection, answers — and, if you’re ready, transformation. Or simply connect with me; I’d love to meet you.
